Refund Policy

Payments on Mountain Tree Fashions are collected through PayU. Refunds go back to the same payment method you used at checkout.

When we refund

• An approved return that passes quality check
• An order we cannot fulfil or ship
• A cancelled order that has not been packed yet
• A payment that succeeded more than once for the same order

Timeline

We start the refund within 3 business days after approval. Banks and UPI apps usually show the credit in 5–7 business days. Card refunds can take up to 10 business days.

Cancellations

Email help@themtfashions.online with your order ID as soon as you want to cancel. If the parcel is already packed or handed to the courier, we cannot cancel it. You can still return it after delivery under the Return Policy.

Partial orders

If only some items in an order are refunded, we refund that item amount. Shipping is refunded only when the full order is returned or we cancelled the shipment.
