Shipping Policy

Mountain Tree Fashions ships prepaid orders across India from our warehouse after payment is confirmed on PayU.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are packed on the next working day.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch
• Remote pin codes may take up to 10 business days

Shipping charges

Prepaid orders of ₹999 and above include standard shipping. The amount you pay at checkout is the product total shown in your bag. Any extra charge would appear there before you pay.

What we need

Please keep your name, 10-digit mobile number, house, street, city, and 6-digit pincode correct in your profile. Wrong addresses delay the courier and cannot always be changed after dispatch.

Tracking

Once the parcel is handed to the courier, email help@themtfashions.online with your order ID and we will send the tracking link. You can also use the Track Order page.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach you after the usual attempts, the parcel may return to us. We will write to you before we reship or refund.
