Return Policy

If a piece is not right, you can return unused Mountain Tree Fashions items within 7 days of delivery.

What you can return

• Wrong size, colour, or item received
• Damaged, stained, or defective pieces
• Items that do not match the listing

What we cannot take back

• Worn, washed, or altered clothes
• Items without the original tags and packaging
• Sale or final-sale pieces marked as non-returnable

How to start a return

Email help@themtfashions.online within 7 days of delivery. Include your order ID, the product name, size, colour, and a clear photo if the item is damaged. We will reply with the pickup or drop-off steps.

After we receive it

We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival. Approved returns are refunded or exchanged as you requested. See the Refund Policy for timelines.
